Self driving vehicles - what’s ahead in Switzerland

Smart vehicles are coming: The Swiss Transit Lab in Schaffhausen in the Greater Zurich Area just launched the first ever self-driving bus that is fully integrated into the city’s regular transport system. It’s the sixth autonomous vehicle approved by the Swiss authorities. Four more requests are pending. It’s a trend that’s gaining traction and revolutionizing the transportation industry. But it also poses challenges. Are we ready for self-driving vehicles?

Watch our webinar recording to learn first hand about the opportunities and Switzerland’s regulatory environment in autonomous mobility from Dominique Müller, Director Innovation at Trapeze Group and Managing Director at AMoTech, Michael Wicki, Research Assistant Autonomous Mobility at the Institute of Science, Technology and Policy (ISTP), ETH Zurich, and Ramon Göldi, Project Manager Regional Development Canton of Schaffhausen. Dominique and Ramon are both representatives of the Swiss Transit Lab.
